MusicAttack ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our iOS application handles information when you use it.
The short version: We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. Period.
MusicAttack does not collect any of the following:
MusicAttack stores your high score and gameplay preferences locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
MusicAttack uses your device's microphone to listen for notes played on your instrument in real time. This audio is processed entirely on-device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere. We do not have access to your microphone audio outside of active gameplay.
If you choose to play songs from your own music library, the app requests permission to access your Apple Music or local media library. This access is used solely to play audio during gameplay. No music metadata, song titles, or library content is transmitted or stored by us.
MusicAttack does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking frameworks. No third party receives any data about you through our app.
MusicAttack is safe for users of all ages. Because we collect no personal data whatsoever, our app is fully compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and applicable children's privacy laws. We never knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
If you choose to use Apple Game Center for leaderboards, your interaction with Game Center is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy. MusicAttack itself does not receive or store your Game Center identity or profile data.
If we ever update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new policy within the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
